Eligibility and Requirements (Applications Can Not Be Accepted)
Applications for the 2024 Scholarship Can Not Be Accepted – The Deadline was April 1, 2024.
To be eligible to receive a 2024 scholarship from Rambo Masonic Lodge, the applicant must be a recent Dripping Springs High School or Lake Travis High School graduate, or a High School senior of the same who is pursuing higher education in a college, trade, or technical school. All applicant awardees will be required to provide proof of enrollment in a college, trade, or technical school. Applicants with a criminal history need not apply and will not be considered.
The number of scholarships available to be awarded and monetary amounts vary from year to year, and for 2024 have not been determined. Applications must be received on or before the Deadline date of April 1, 2024. The award presentation date for Lake Travis is set for May 13. The award presentation date for Dripping Springs is set for May 15.
Last year, the Scholarship Committee received an unprecedented number of more than 35 scholarship applications. The decision was more difficult than ever, not just due to the quantity of applicants, but more so due to the quality of all the applicants. The Committee was very impressed with each of these students’ outstanding accomplishments and service to their communities, and sincerely regrets not all applicants can receive awards.
