Due to Dripping Springs Founder’s Day Our Next Stated Lodge Meeting will be at 7:30 on Thursday, April 18, 2024 NOTE: No meal will be served at the Lodge. Some will meet at Hill Country Ranch Pizza near the HEB at 6 p.m. in Dripping Springs.

Meal at 6:30 and Stated Meeting to follow at 7:30. The Senior and Junior Stewards, Joe McNair and Matt Comer of Rambo Masonic Lodge in beautiful downtown Dripping Springs, Texas cordially invites you to join us. Please RSVP,if you plan on attending the dinner, so that we can properly account for the prepared food.

UPDATE NEW WINDOWS ARE BEING INSTALLED New Windows for Historical Rambo Masonic Lodge Building
LCRA, PEC Award $21,795 Grant to help fund window replacement in Rambo Masonic Lodge, a Recorded Texas Historic Building in Dripping Springs The total cost of the project is $34,640, the Lodge is responsible for the balance (minus the $21,795 grant) of $12,845. The historic building is considered by many to be “the crown jewel” of the historic district.
Your DONATION to Windows will help fund the replacement of twelve windows on the ground floor. Make a note your donation is for Windows.
The required Applications for approval to replace the existing windows was submitted to the Texas Historical Commission and Dripping Springs Historic Preservation Commission and both have been approved. All twelve windows on the ground floor have been replaced with a Marvin Ultimate window from their Historic Solutions selection. Professional installation was provided by Southwest Exteriors.
With the help of the Community Development Partnership Program (CDPP) grant from the Lower Colorado River Authority and Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Rambo Masonic Lodge No. 426 will be having these new energy-efficient windows installed in its 141-year-old building within the Dripping Springs Downtown Historic District.
The two-story limestone building, Dripping Springs Academy, was completed in 1882, and was declared a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark in 1968. Rambo Masonic Lodge has owned the building since 1952. Read the LCRA Press Release HERE. Photo courtesy of LCRA


Dripping Springs High School 2023 Scholarship Awards Rambo Masonic Lodge and its members, through fundraising efforts and donations, are proud to provide financial aid in the amount of $1,000.00 to these students who will be enrolling to attend the college or trade school of their choice. First, And Sometimes Annual, Toilet Bowl “Crack Pot”™ Chili Cook Off
This first annual chili cook off was held at Rambo’s stated meeting on January 26, 2023. The festivities featured several cook off competitors with a variety of chili concoctions, all the sides, desserts and was well attended by guests and lodge members. Senior Steward Joe McNair presented five chili cooks the following Toilet Bowl trophies: Best Road Kill, First 2 Flush, Call The Plumber, Flame Out and Brother Where Art Thou.



Rambo Masonic Lodge 2022 Community Builder Award was presented to Mr. Dave Edwards (center) at the stated meeting on December 22 by Past Master Wayland D. Clark (left) and Worshipful Master pro tem Lynn Alderson.

Brothers Joe and Clarence Cobb Recognized for 135 Total Years of Membership at Rambo 426
Masonic Brothers and real life brothers Joe and Clarence Cobb received lapel pins and a proclamation from The Grand Lodge of Texas to commemorate their years of Masonic service and membership. Pictured below: Joe Cobb (L) received his 70 year pin and Clarence Cobb (R) received his 65 year pin. Brother Walter Hudson made the presentation at a stated meeting on October 27, which was well attended by the Cobb’s friends and family and dozens of Brothers as well as District Deputy Grand Master David Hill of Masonic District No. 52.

Dripping Springs High School Scholarship Awards Night May 18, 2022 Rambo Masonic Lodge and its members were proud to provide financial aid to these students who met all the qualifications and requirements for earning this honor. On behalf of the Lodge, Wayland D. Clark was pleased to attend the Awards Ceremony and present each of these students with a $1,000.00 scholarship: Below are Students L-R: Weston Kirk, Evelyn Bristol, William Travis Parks, Chase Whisenant, Ben Circe and Annabelle Crowder.

Scholarship Award In Honor and In Memory of DSHS Mr. Prakash “Jad” Jadeja All teachers are special and Rambo Masonic Lodge was pleased to present a scholarship award to recognize a Dripping Springs High School career technical education (CTE) teacher who passed away in January of 2021. The scholarship for $1,000.00 was presented to Ryan Kethley in Honor and In Memory of Mr Jadeja.  The requirement for this award was to have attended Mr. Jadeja’s class and the scholarship committee was impressed to have received 7 applications. Lake Travis High School Scholarship Awards Night May 23, 2022 Rambo Masonic Lodge and its members were proud to provide financial aid in the amount of $1,000.00 to John Charles Mann, III who met all the qualifications and requirements for earning the honor.
